 Who Am I?

Inspired by culture, food, people, and experiences, journalism, to me, is more than just words; it’s about the significance of a story and photos that have the power to convey the essence of what is being published. Shared perspectives, different viewpoints, and a foundation of trust define humane journalism for me.

I grew up as a military brat, and at my core was a curiosity and appreciation for the histories and cultures of others. From the south of Italy to the coast of California, I learned fairly early how to find peace in the unknown aspects of life and the world that surrounds us.

Journalism isn’t just about a single story; it encompasses a multitude of stories and connections.
